300 ASHLAND

300 Ashland is a full-service luxury apartment rental building in Brooklyn, NY. From the 365 by Whole Foods and Apple Store at the base level, all the way up to the vast green rooftop terrace curated by the same designers as of The High Line, 300 Ashland offers an entirely unconventional yet completely familiar destination for modern living in Brooklyn. 

As the responsible Brand and Marketing Manager of the project, I successfully established 300 Ashland as a brand in New York's competitive real estate market and through an integrated marketing strategy further strengthened visibility and successfully drove qualified traffic to rent all 379 apartments.

I am very proud to have been a part of an influencer program, where I managed Tavi Gevinson (NYC fashion icon and Broadway Star) as 300 Ashland's influencer. The program was revolutionary in the real estate industry and received notable press mentions (i.a. New York Magazine).
