325 KENT

325 Kent is South Williamsburg’s newest premier waterfront address and opened in Summer 2017. As the first building in the acclaimed Domino development, this building has it all: luxury apartments in an idyllic location, stunning architecture, unparalleled amenities, jaw-dropping views of NYC, curated retail and a new 5-acre waterfront park.

I was the responsible Brand and Marketing Manager of the project, I successfully established 325 Kent as a brand in New York's competitive real estate market and through an integrated marketing strategy further strengthened visibility and successfully drove qualified traffic to rent apartments.

In this project I was especially proud of the unique and outstanding teaser campaign design which perfectly matches with the building's nickname "Donut".
